We're a Charlestonian, family-owned art studio located in the heart of Charleston. We've been creating and connecting with our community since 2016, and in May 2026 we opened our new space at Tanger Outlets. Palmetto Clayground is a vibrant, welcoming space where creativity meets community — perfect for families, friends, and couples looking to explore their artistic side.
Turnaround time varies by project type, and we'll always let you know if your expected turnaround is shorter or longer than usual.
Ceramics: 7–10 days
Glass fusion (regular fusion): 7–10 days
Glass fusion (molding): 10–14 days
Canvas Art: Take it home the same day!

Nope — we're walk-in friendly every day, up until an hour before closing.
Yes! We accept call-ahead reservations for groups of 8 or fewer to hold a table for your planned arrival time. Please note we can only hold your table for up to 15 minutes before it may be released to another customer.
Not at all! No experience is needed. Our artist associates are always on hand to help and guide you through your project, so you can relax, get creative, and make your own unique piece.

Yes! We're a BYOB studio, so feel free to bring in drinks and snacks to enjoy while you create.
Wine and beer are welcome (no hard liquor, please). Please note we do not sell or serve alcohol ourselves — you're welcome to bring your own to enjoy while you create.
